"I placed an order online on 11/28. Never heard back. Then emailed them on 12/14, never heard back. Today I gave them a call only to find out “oh your order never existed”. Apparently Janie and Jack is selling items they don’t posses. So some items in my GIFT order were not in stock and not only they canceled this order. But NEVER notified me that it was canceled. Now it’s 5 days before Christmas and I have no gift. The customer service representative was not only not apologetic, but also gave me an attitude; as if it was MY JOB to know the inventory, how dare u order an AVAILABLE item off their website without knowing it’s actually not available. "I’ve always received the best childrens attire gifts from here. Such beautiful, well-made and designed clothes. I actually like that they don’t have a dressing room. Dressing rooms get so messy especially with kids. Their sizing is accurate anyway, and they have a decent window of time for returns if the size doesn’t work out. The sales associate was very helpful even checking other locations when I found items I liked but were not the size I required. I had such a pleasant experience and am tired of online shopping. It felt good to get out to an actual store. The store is small but not overly crowded or overwhelming like department stores can be."
