The meat is packaged beautifully and looks really nice, however; once thawed they really lose their appeal and cook up like an old dairy cow! No marbeling. Doesn't retain marinade. We have cooked several different types of steaks and fillets from our purchase. All taste like a bland, thawed and cooked shoe. Disappointing. I gave two stars because of the pans."
