"Employee was breathing down our necks while shopping the entire time. The store is small as is and she was in the way of looking at clothes. Made rude comments to my 3 year old son about how "that wouldn't fit him". Advice to management would be to let people shop. Very unprofessional and made shopping extremely uncomfortable. Won't be shopping here again"

"I am not even sure this is a legit store. I ordered a children's dress and received a confirmation order number email. After 2 weeks they hadn't shipped it and had not responded to multiple emails I sent to customer service following up. I also tried calling their phone number a couple times, but it just rings with no answer. I reached out on social media as a last resort and they told me the item was out of stock and I would be issued a refund. They apparently only initiated the refund that day (very sketchy that it took 2 weeks to tell me this). Yet, I am still waiting on any kind of email confirmation of refund and expect I will have to dispute the credit card charge based on their lack of response. Do not order from them."

"Came into Lass and Laddie a week prior to Christmas and made purchases for 6 grandchildren. Everything beautifully made, and the owner was exceptionally kind, caring, and assisted me greatly! I will highly recommend to friends and family! Thank you for your warmth and hospitality!"

"If zero stars were a choice, I would choose a rating of 0 stars. Inconsistent hours. When you call owner tells you she’s opening at a certain time. And when that time rolls around she is not open. Call again and owner tells you that she’s going to open 30 minutes later than what she had initially said. 30 minutes after the second call she’s still not open. Very disappointing. Three women and I were waiting outside for 30+ minutes only for owner to not keep her word and show up to the store."

"Large selection of clothes and some handmade toys, all made with quality materials. Plan to have some time to look around- it's packed and a little hard to get around in, and there are different treasures everywhere. You'll need the time to make sure you don't miss anything."
