"Really cute items. Was thrilled I found something for my little one for photos. I wanted a backup outfit and I also wanted to grab a bow in case I didn't have a matching one. I asked what the return policy was and was told that I have 30 days to return. However they left out the part that it's select items, so I couldn't return the bow, and it's only for store credit. I would have never gotten the extra items knowing that as I didn't expect to use them and only wanted them as backups."

"First of all not one person in the store was wearing a mask, not even the owner. Usually I can overlook this and give people the benefit of the doubt but when I am going into a children's store with my unvaccinated one year old I am not too happy about it. In Illinois there is a mask mandate. I honestly should have just walked out then. We have family pictures this weekend and I wanted to get something warmer for my daughter so I shopped. I felt like I was a nusence honestly. I told the owner was looking for something warm and was given no suggestions. That's fine. I am able to shop on my own but just kind of rude. The other shoppers were getting help and attention. Just put a really bad taste in my mouth. I purchase the brands the store sells so I thought why not support a local business. I won't be back."
