"I visit this store at least 3-4 times a week, i am always impressed by there new goods and amazing selections at the price they offer. No other place can compete. All of the workers are friendly, personable, and are always willing to help you with any questions you may have. Amazing store to visit, it is always clean and it is an overall happy atmosphere. Often times I find myself taking all the clothing I do not wear anymore and i am always surprised by the amount of cash i get."
"My daughters worked hard helping clean out closets. They took 9 bags to Plato's to see if they could make some money. Everything was name brand and basically new. The employees was beyond rude! They ripped the bags opened to the point they could not be reused. They did not repack the bags. Even though everything came to them folded nice and neat. They told them to give them an hour. Two hours later they came back, the employee took lunch and did not tell them. They waited 3 hours! They keep a couple things, gave them $40, and did not help repack the clothes. They had to make several trips because the bags were ripped. I am appalled by the disrespect and down right rudeness of these employees. I will continue to tell everyone about our experience. UPDATE: They respond with the same response to all the other customers. But if they actually cared they would fix the problem. Funny thing they think people are upset with the buy process. It is automated is the excuse. But people are upset with the RUDE employees that think they are better than everyone. And they want you to contact them to have them explain but there is no contact information provided!"
"Last night we visited the new location of Plato's clothing store. It was nice and quiet and really wasn't too busy. There's a nice selection of name brand clothes to look through for great discount prices. By using my phone number and the point system I was able to get $10 off of my purchase last night. Thrifting us the way to go, will visit again."
