"Service and customer service were great. I had to phone in my measurements since I was coming into the Chicagoland area for a wedding. I was worried that there might be a problem with my fit since I have weight in the wrong places. Lons story short everything was spot on and great. Nothing had to be altered or swapped."

"If I had something to post about , it would be great but unfortunately due to the lack of being acknowledged for service, I do not. My husband and I entered the tuxedo side of the store. There was no one there to greet customers. As we stood at the door waiting, there was a blondish older lady sitting at the counter, who never acknowledged us. My husband and I looked around the space at some of the tuxedos. Still no one came. When I stepped over to the bridal side the same lady was talking with another lady at the back of the store. I stood and watched her for a few seconds and then stepped to the tuxedo section. After about another minute or two, a group of young ladies enter the store and the older lady assisted them. My husband and I walked out. Apparently this store doesn’t appreciate where green money comes from. Being color struck won’t prosper your business. A black couple wanting to do business should be as beneficial as a group of Caucasian women. Needless to say we won’t be returning. Black Tie formalwear is now on our Blackout list!!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience. Do not go here. My husband has tried to call and email multiple times because they completely messed up both his order and my father's order. The day before the wedding, my husband had to find a new tailor to get his suit fixed because they messed his order up so badly. This was something we SHOULD NOT have been worrying about the day before our wedding and he SHOULD NOT have had to pick up his suit (which costed a ton of money to get fixed) on the day of our wedding. It has now been over a month and still no email back or call. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I am a bride who walked into this small shop with my fiance for tuxedo's and we were so pleased with the costumer service. We have never been treated better. We had the opportunity to work with Dominick and Susan and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They were both so kind, funny, and helpful. They also helped me convince my fiance to wear blush like I wanted him to and he fell in love with the color when they showed him! Yay! Best place ever! Their motto is also very cute and true. It goes, " Large enough to serve, small enough to care." I highly recommend this place!"
