"My Fiancé and I both purchased our wedding attire from this location. We both felt welcome during our separately scheduled appointments. The suits are fantastic, and I was able to pull a beautiful suit off the rack and get slight adjustments made for me to pick up for another day. Jayden helped me out in the Black Tie Formalwear and made it very easy for me to look good, and understand how to properly take care of the suit for the special day. The parking lot used to have some bad potholes, but it's since been fixed! I'd recommend this location to any of my friends looking to get married, and it's in a great location for our specific wedding shopping needs."

"We didn't have an appointment and wanted to look around... we definitely didn't feel welcomed... the lady at the front said she'd page someone, but didn't for about 10 minutes. Was very dark and with not feeling welcomed, we left. Again, I know we didn't have an appointment and we didn't expect them to cater to us. But some kindness to a potential client would have gone far."

"They were very unprofessional and unorganized when we rented tuxes for our wedding. They did not measure the groomsman properly so a lot of their tuxes didn’t fit properly. They double charged us due to their lack of organization, although they did refund us back. Overall I was unhappy with them and would not recommend anyone to go there for their wedding tux rental."

The solo sales person handled all of the customers with incredible patience and grace. He made sure everyone felt like they were acknowledged and checked off every detail needed. The customer service was beyond wonderful. The tux fit great and we were really happy with the quality. I would recommend renting from Black Tie!"
