"GO HERE! The guys at the shop are amazing and Susie is the best! They are all super friendly and have great customer service; they genuinely want to help you out. Some places feel out of place or like they want to rip you off especially with cars, but you definitely get no sense of that here. The staff is super helpful and they work around your needs. The owner is super nice and straightforward; he accommodates you based off your needs and he offers advice but never pushes you to fix anything if you don’t want to. Susie who runs the office, is also a BEAST at getting the car parts you need quick especially during Covid! All the shipments are slow right now but she manages to get your car parts in a timely manner, therefore leading to quicker service. Overall, highly recommend this place and i will be returning for more car work soon!"

"At the end of April, I made the trek from MN to IL to purchase a Transit Connect Andy had posted on Facebook Marketplace. When I arrived, the vehicle in the parking lot was not the same vehicle that was pictured in the listing! This was brought up to him, but I was assured that despite the very apparent cosmetic damage, the vehicle was still high quality and worth considering. I took it to the independent mechanic he recommended and was told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. On the drive back, I found both the AC and the rear backup camera to be nonoperational. I asked that both of these components be restored prior to sale. While he did not have a replacement for the backup camera, he promised (and put into the bill of sale), that one would be sent. He also stated that the only thing wrong with the AC was that the coolant was low. It has now been 2 months since purchasing this vehicle. I have been unable to reach Andy since the sale, although I can see that he sees my messages on Facebook messenger. I have not received the backup camera. He misdiagnosed the AC issue, and I currently do not have a working AC. The battery died and the vehicle had to be towed. The pats transceiver died and had to be replaced. The driver side visor is broken. A belt is squeaking and will likely need to be replaced soon. Although I absolutely understand that the buyer assumes a risk upon purchasing a used vehicle, Andy was NOT honest about the vehicle and has not followed through on all that he said he would."
