"Not well they had the part I needed and came in at a very competitive price in fact a very good price but when I went to pick it up.. they gave me a condenser instead of the actual radiator so after driving 30 plus miles in terrible I80 traffic I had the wrong part time and money waisted gotta do it all again tomorrow two days off work.. I gotta do better and make sure the part is infact correct so another 60 miles tomorrow. Probably would have given it a 5 but all things considered 120 miles is a lot of driving in terrible I80 traffic"
"Your call Center operations is truly ineffective. The phone rings forever. Once you finally get someone they asked to call back? Who manages your center and why is the a don rate and service level suffering? There is a way to have the people needed to field high volume calls. Contact me for info. This is what I do and I had to go to a competitor because your phone center needs to be fixed, your parts and in store services are the best however!"
