"Came in in New years day for a headlight. I came across the store manager Carlos and he was very polite and helped me install my headlight. I also bought some fuel injector cleaner and he mentioned a deal they had going on the lucas bigger bottle fuel injector cleaner and ended saving me money. I was interested also in buying a bug deflector for my truck. He showed me one they had in stock and helped me install it. Man the customer service he gave me was better then great. I will always come back and shop at this location."
"I was very disappointed in the service I received from Michael (assistant manager). I came to pick up an order. MICHAEL was very rude and unprofessional. I ask for corporate office number and he told me it was on the window of the store. He refuse to give me anymore information to complain about his horrible behavior. I suspect he was having a bad day to go with his bad service."
