"Well i bought 2 pairs of boots for my girlfriend as a gift and was told I could return them for store credit, seems like a nice place so was totally fine it. The boots ended up being too small and went to come back for the store credit and they now told me those boots were on a final sale and non-refundable. The employee today told me that the now former employee gave me bad information that I based my entire purchase off of. I asked them if we could compromise but it was clear he couldn't do much in his position and no manager was present. I would love to find a compromise outside of me giving a generous donation of $170 that I cant even write off on my taxes."

"Ordered a conceal jacket as a Christmas gift at the Fox Valley location to be picked up at the Joliet store (because they did not have the right size at that store.) The salesperson made me pay for the purchase at his store in order to have the Joliet store place it aside. When I arrived at the Joliet store, it was the wrong jacket altogether. The salesperson said he was working at another location on Saturday and would bring the correct jacket with him to be picked up on 12/24 at the Joliet store. A few minutes ago, I received a call from the Salesperson at the Joliet store to inform me that he left the jacket behind but they were willing to give me a refund per his manager!!! I asked to speak to his manager and did receive a call from Anahi. She proceeded to inform that the jacket was not going to be brought from her other store to Joliet and that she could issue a refund plus provide a discount for future use… really?! I told her it was not acceptable and that I wanted the jacket brought to the Joliet store as agreed and promised and Anahi, “the store manager”, said it was not happening! Long story short, I informed her I would be providing a bad review for Rugged Cowboy stores and she said she’d be fine with it. So very poor customer service by their sales crew as well as management. I will not be returning here and urge all customers not to. Instead, I highly recommend Buckle, specifically the store in Orland Square Mall. The nicest and most knowledgeable sales team all around!"

"It was ok. Staff just stared at you when you walk in. When purchasing items two girls were enjoying their drinks from Tapville & also checking their phones while in the middle of a transaction. Customer service just isn’t there"

"The variety of items available in this store was amazing. The real leather smell is great, knowing it’s real!! I took a few pictures. This store is one of kind, a must see."
