"I had a conversation about an Rx transfer & med order on Sunday. I was told it would be transferred & meds ordered, I could pick it up on Tuesday. I called Wednesday morning, and nothing had been done. Do they just tell you lies to get you off of the phone and then do nothing? It's all from a computer, it's not hard labor....."

He made me feel like I was stupid or something by not knowing his process. I was even going to tell the next family in line that he seemed to be in a bad mood that way they could be aware but I decided not to."
