"The auto center employees are useless and lazy. Came in to get our car battery replaced in an emergency. An hour before closing of the auto center. Purchased the battery and then they told us they didn't want to do it because they already had their last car in the bay and they wouldn't have time. Told them we literally could not turn our car off because we'd had to have it jumped twice already and the employee just shrugged. Didn't apologize, didn't seem concerned. Worst experience I've ever had with a Sam's. Absolutely useless."

"What’s the purpose of having a phone if you are not going to answer it. I called over & over for about 45 minutes with no answer from any department nor an associate. I understand it gets busy but this was during the week, i’m sure someone heard the phone."

"My experience with Sam's Club for an online pickup was mixed. While the process of picking up my order was smooth, I realized that they had forgotten to include three items. Trying to rectify this by calling customer service was frustrating. Every time I called, I was either put on hold for an extended period or told to handle it online. This lack of human interaction and difficulty in reaching someone for assistance made the experience less than satisfactory. It would be beneficial for Sam's Club to improve their customer service accessibility for a more seamless shopping experience."

"Ordered some eye drops through curbside pick up! Box was opened and missing two bottles! Employees need to look at what they are picking out for customers. It was clearly open! Nobody answers the phone at the store when trying to call. And to top it off they take FOREVER to bring out the order!!"

"If I could give this exact location zero stars I would. My father needed help lifting one item into our van, just one item, that very well had a sticker placed on it stating a team effort was required for moving the item. The employee that was at the exit door scanning receipts was well aware that we needed assistance with this item and called on his radio letting the staff know about our situation. We waited 20 minutes and no one had arrived. After asking the associates for help that were outside moving carts in and out of the vicinity for help all the responses were the same, “we called it in.” No one arrived. Not one employee. Instead by the grace of god after waiting 30 plus minutes my father ran into a family member who was able to help with a 2 minute job. At most! Thanks a lot Sams, you suck. Had my father a senior citizen waiting 30 minutes in the cold. As much as I bothered your cart pushers I only wished I entered the store looking for the manager. I will next time. In fact I’m ordering everything on the app so your lazy employees have to move the heavy items into my truck."
