"I went to pick up an online order yesterday. I rarely go to this location, because it's not in my neighborhood. But occasionally I will need to pick something up if the location in my neighborhood doesn't have an item in stock. Well, a lot has changed since I last needed to pick up an order from this store. You can no longer pick things up in the store. Instead they have a big drive thru. So if you took three buses for over an hour to get to this store, you'll need to stand in line with the cars to get your order. Seriously, I asked an employee where I can pick up my order. She told me to go outside to pick it up. I told her no, that I am not standing outside in the cold. She then directed me to customer service, where they told me the same thing. Once again, I refused. I was about ready to just cancel the order. Then one employee talked to another employee, and then the other employee talked to another employee. It was quite a lengthy process for them to simply decide to go and get the shoes I paid for and bring them to me. Smh. Walmart, this is a ridiculous way to treat your customers."
"Foul mouthed employees. Needs to learn to finish a full sentence without the F word in it. And scammers. Came in with a tire with no rim. They sold me a new tire and tried to charge me a rotation fee, for a tire with no rim."
"Do not use this Bakery. Ordered a birthday cake 1 week early and paid for it. The day of party/pickup they never made it. Said the cake decorator quit."
"Brand new Walmart here on the west side! This was my first time visiting this Walmart Supercenter since it opened last year. It's very organized and has everything you could need. It has the newest Pick-up service which is a cool feature. Another plus is the price scan machines placed around the store. Very clean and friendly staff! Check it out if your looking for a quieter alternative to Mesa Walmart. I also utilized the gas station that us now open in the parking lot, it was convenient and cheap."
