"Idk why the pharmacy takes 4 hrs to make a prescription? Frustrating when your kid at home sick waiting on n meds"

"On 11/2/2023, at 7:39p.m., I was at Self-Help scanning food items and there was a female and male Attendants. An item failed to scan. I asked for assistance and the female approached me in an Aggressive Demeanor, didn't speak but she grabbed the food item and and entered codes leaving 4 repetive written items in red color, and she walked away after putting the item on the glass top scanning area, and not waiting to answer my question. As I picked up the scanned item she left to remove from the glass, rather the item scanned itself charging me again. This time I called the male's attention for his assistance; HOWEVER, as I was speaking to the male, the Mad-Female Attendant charged towards my space and being heavy set in size she extended her left arm crossing hitting my right arm by her Encroachment and Negligence Rudely interfering as I was speaking to the male Attendant, she interjected Physically, Aggressively, Combative, Verbally Abusive and Argumentative Loudness Falsely Alleging that I was rude, after all I had a chance to speak, if any unable to complete my thought due to her Rudeness, putting it mildly, she then whined that she was going to tell her Manager. Firstly, let me clarify one thing, I was Attacked by this woman when she crossed her Weapon, (her huge arm encroaching my space and on my body, by physically pushing my arm); Secondly, this heavy strong arm woman Verbally Abused me, and she caused me Psychological Distress; Thirdly, this woman was in an apparent Anger Mood to start a fight, which I refused to engage in her inappropriate Offensive behavior. This woman Fraudulently and in a threatening tone and manner, screaming that she was going to tell her Manager, (and I didn't know what she was going to fabricate but I could see her arms swinging up in the air and screaming as she was complaining to her Manager, as both were staring at me. I heard complaining tones and I waved at the Manager as to come to my cashier scanning area and I motioned nodding my head that it was not true as I stated it as well. I briefly stated about the 4 repetive red recordings and that after the woman left I didn't understand why it scanned again twice when the woman had scanned the item, and it did it 4 times in red, and she left the item on the glass top after she scanned it, so when I picked up the scanned item it scanned a second time; as well I indicated to the Managerthat I needed the Corporate's contact information to report everything that happened in their store; and she replied that it was at the bottom of my paid receipt, and stated sorry. I don't condone this woman's type of Aggression, Verbally Abusive Behavior, and consequently to her Violent Aggressive behavior she was Negligent Attacking me Physically on my right arm. It was me who got Injurious Attacks by this Disturbed woman working at Albertsons when I didn't go to get into altercations, or be Insulted or Offended, nor be Verbally Abused or be Physically Abused. I don't know what many people are under, if influence of either Narcotics, Smoking Marihuana, Prescribed Drugs, or if they are just Mentally Unstable to be working around with the public. It is like these unstable people choose and pick single women whom they think they can Verbally Abuse and think they can not get investigated. But, in this case I believe I may need to file a Complaint with their Corporate office and hopefully they will protect the public from any future Attacks against us. And, I am mitigating my losses by just reporting it here publicly and filing my formal complaint with Albertson's Corporate. There are so many loose Mentally and Disturbed Unstable people everywhere, i.e., food supermarkets, shopping stores, restaurants, people living next door, on the road, etc... and what I can do is take your recording cellphone ON everywhere to document how these incompetent people who are ruining your life, health and happiness can be brought to justice, may it be by law, for one's own safety and who is telling the Truth. "1 star. It's like the phone ap texts you "your RX's are ready for pick up". From experience, I verify and call to MAKE SURE that they are ready. I speak to a pharmacist and the pharmacist says "no they're not ready, but I can have them ready in 2 hours." Or, I go to pick up my prescriptions and ask about getting them mailed and the pharmacist asks "Do we have your file in the computer???" Yes, you should because I've filled out the form before. "Oh ok, then you are good to go". I leave and get a call 3 hours later,"We don't have your file in the computer, but you can drive back (AGAIN) pick up your RX's and sign ANOTHER FORM when you get here." Redundancy at its best. It's happened twice now. I can give you their names if you want...."

"I really enjoy visiting our neighborhood Albertsons grocery store! Upon entry to the floral department, you can tell they are ready for spring and Easter! What a beautiful assortment of cut and fresh flowers! I appreciate how clean they keep the store and how they manage to keep the shelves packed. This morning the meat counter was perfectly and beautifully hand stocked to the point that I complimented the worker who carefully picked my selections. While all Albertsons stores try their best, this store is my favorite because it’s close to my house AND they treat me like family!!"

"Was shopping and went to ask about getting shot at the pharmacy, however was informed an appointment was needed. Only the pharmacist and tech are present (they were chatting), and no else was there . The pharmacist told me she was not able to check if there were any more appointments later today which also rubbed me the wrong way. Shot rates are not the best, and my impression is theyre not making it any easier to get a shot if someone wants it."
