Walmart Pharmacy

"I was back and forth with my insurance and this pharmacy all morning just for Marisela to put me on a 40 min hold. My insurance company hung up of course and I come to find out that the manager Victor (whom I asked for when marisela put me on hold) was at lunch so Marisela had me on hold with my insurance company waiting for Victor to come back from lunch. This is Healthcare in America people! Nothing got resolved and no medication for another night. Marisela showed me she cares more for the money she earns than her actual job which is helping people get their medication and CARING for them. Embarassing."

"Be careful of this pharmacy. Joshua claims for you not able to pay cash for your prescription because you have insurance on file. Of course, this is false. He will not budge and then hang up on you."

"When you get prescription orders and you don't take a customer's insurance, call your customers directly and let them know. Don't wait for them to go pick up the needed meds to tell them you didn't fill the prescription. By not calling them you delay the process for a sick child to get the meds he/she needs to help them calm the symptoms of an illness. It's irresponsible."
