There were 3 or 4 other employees just standing around. Management here needs to take control of their employees and focus on customer service. But after this experience I will not spend a dime at this store."

"So yesterday i went in to make a return for some shoes that where never worn, only the left shoe was a little dirty from the bottom because i had tried them on. so its stupid for not accepting this return. this is why i don't shop at finish line. but champs and footlocker wouldn't have a problem doing this return with any other shoes i had bought from them."
