"We were passing through El Paso on vacation. My husband had a prescription that needed to be filled for a serious condition. We called from the parking lot to make sure they had it and they said it would take 2 hours to fill. By the time we walked in the store 10 minutes later it was sitting at the counter. This CVS team has fantastic customer service skills! They were friendly and made us feel like they cared. Great store!"

"I agree that the pharmacy technicians were very rude in their tone of voice. I heard one tell a customer that "I told you 10 minutes, it hasn't been 10 minutes, do you want the prescription back? " No one was smiling. I understand that they work under pressure, but great customer service is being able to effectively fill scripts under pressure WHILE BEING NICE."
"Surprisingly, I have never been to a CVS Pharmacy until this afternoon. I was very impressed with this establishment, not only was it clean, well stocked, but customer service was amazing. Nyar was very attentive, she helped me sign up for the extra care card to obtain rewards and she told me about the specials in the store. I am definitely going to be shopping here more often."
