"This location is always packed, there is a line of cars around the building every single day. If you go inside there is a line. The pharmacy technician at the window is never in a rush, there is no sense of urgency for how long the lines and wait times are. For 3 cars in front of me I wait 25 minutes which is unacceptable. It is impossible to get through the phone lines, I don’t even bother trying to call this location. My inhaler which just requires a sticker to be printed out and put on the box (I was a former pharmacy technician) took over a day to be filled. Absolutely ridiculous and 1 location in this large section of the city. I’ve called the store manager and complained about wait times, I’ve talked to the lead pharmacist, nothing gets done and there is an abundance of staff. Fix the wait times, they are far below industry standards and completely unacceptable."
