"Avoid this place at all cost. I first brought my car to Aztek for the A/C. I had to bring it back 3 times before they fixed the problem. Then i brought it in for over heating and they literally had my car for days before it was ready. Then i had to bring it back because it was still overheating and they came up with some more excuses why it was overheating. They said they fixed the problem. It was still over heating. I brought it back 2 more times after until it was finally fixed. Then i try to give them one more chance and fix my car for a clicking nooise. I dropped it off and they had it for 5 days and never even looked at it. This place is truly unprofessional. Dont waste your time or money"
"Definitely a great place to bring your car had a antifreeze problem that I had no idea how to fix and they got it done quickly and professionally took some time to make sure my truck ran good before I did a review but no complaints here, they did a hell of a job and at a good price highly recommended by me and my son who is happy to have the truck back, thank you guys"
"9/28/2023 I took my vehicle to Aztek for a simple Diagnostic check. I was told by Cesar Hernandez, the mechanic, that it would take 2 hours and to wait for his call. I waited 3 hours before calling the shop to inquire about my vehicle. I was placed on hold and then transferred to voicemail. I called once again for the same to occur. By this point I became concerned about my vehicle so I headed for the shop. Upon arriving, I was told to wait 10-15 min. I waited for half an hour with no update. so I proceeded to the rear of the business and found that my car was disassembled. I was told by Cesar Hernandez some of the diagnostic readings. I told him to give me my vehicle because I was concerned about the sheer amount of time this was taking. He then told me to wait outside the business; I subsequently waited another half hour despite consistently asking how much longer and constantly being told "10 more minutes". I proceeded inside and discovered nobody was working on my vehicle and that the vehicle's map sensor was missing. Cesar Returned and told me that the map sensor was lost. We began to argue regarding the bad service, and since it was getting late I told him I would return the next morning around 9am. The next morning at 10:27am Cesar Hernandez called, stating that the vehicle was ready, the map sensor was replaced, and that my old one was in the front seat of the vehicle. I headed to the shop and spoke to the manager. I began to tell him about the bad service and he claimed that my previous behavior was uncalled for. I pointed at Cesar and stated that he was a liar when it came to his service. He became angry and was told by the owner to just leave. Upon being given my keys, I immediately looked for my map sensor and could not find it. I called the manager over and he could not find it either. I once again told him this was bad service, and he went inside the Automotive shop to find my original map sensor, stating I was lucky to even get the replacement."
"There's always a new person so chances are that you never see the same person when you go there. Went to replace sensors and the "new" one makes the speedometer not work. Basically went there to fix a problem and ended up having more problems."

Friendly, efficient and true to their word, I will always rely on them to care for my 20 year old car. I also love that their estimates tend to be higher than what I end up paying.
