"Best service I have ever had at a medical office. They got me an appointment on short notice so I didn’t have to change my travel plans. On arrival, the staff quickly administered my paperwork, helped me speed through forms, tested basic eye perimeters, conducted retinal scans, and seated me with the doctor for consultation. As I finished each event, a staff member was present to escort me to the next station. They obviously focus on giving a great patient experience. Outstanding medical service!"

I was particularly impressed by the staff at the front desk who are very patient with their sometimes elderly patients. I especially like the way patients are moved along from one segment of examination to another (but without one ever feeling rushed). One wonders if that same efficiency may be a contributing factor to the sometimes lengthy final wait before actually seeing the doctor.
