"I called Friday at 11 am to make a new patient appointment. The voicemail stated they would call back that day unless after 4pm. Which would be called back the next business day. Never received the callback. I then called Monday left a new message and was called back within a couple of hours. While speaking to the admin person, I discovered I would have to fill out an online form and she call back within 24-48 hours. She never called so, I called back wed, she once again never called back. I called back Friday, she called back within 15 min. Going through all the information I had already given/ she finally gets to the point they will not make new appointments until I give them my credit card information. I want a dr. That is patient centric not money centric. I understand it is a business, but medical professionals should consider a few other things before thinking about, money."

"I've been taking my mom to Dr. Kazi for the past 17 months and we still go. She is an amazing physician and her staff is very warm and welcoming. She has helped my mom when mom needed her the most. If it was not for Dr. Kazi's, I don't know what would have happened to my mom. I am so grateful to her. Bonus is her staff is awesome. Very response to emails and phone calls. Amanda amazing!! I can't thank Dr. Kazi enough!!"

"I have been going to this facility for several months and the staff are horrible. First, they would not let me make an appointment without providing credit card info. Then my original therapist left but did notify me immediately that I would be paired with someone else. Three weeks later on a Monday, I received a call that my original therapist "had just left that Friday" and I would be scheduled with someone else. My appointment was for that Monday afternoon so I had to wait another 3 weeks for another appointment with someone else. I had an appointment last week and we called the office to notify them that we had internet outage and could not make the virtual visit for that afternoon. They said they would change the appointment to a phone call and would let the therapist know. They did not inform the therapist who was waiting on her end for a virtual call for 15 minutes before she called me to see what was going on. This morning we called their office to inform them that we had to reschedule my afternoon appointment as my service dog had ingested an unknown amount of a holly plant and we were taking her to the emergency vet. We were informed we could not cancel even though it was medical emergency but could reschedule instead. When we tried to reschedule the woman told us that we could not reschedule and would be charged a no show fee. The woman was not listening nor did she offer any solution other than to tell us finally that she could not cancel the appointment and we would be charged. The staff have different rules for check-ins and when your appointment actually is and it is totally frustrating. The forms are lengthy and cumbersome. Even though I am a current patient, I will definitely be looking for a facility that can offer a caring and professional staff that can do their jobs in an efficient and mindful manner. So if you are looking for a place that can offer you assistance in dealing with whatever issues you have, this is NOT the place to go to. The staff in this office will neither help you and most do not speak or enunciate English clearly enough to understand and will make your experience a huge stressor in your life. You cannot speak to anyone in the office such as a manager or likewise and it is apparent that the personnel there, other than the clinical staff, could care less because they can do or say whatever they want to to a patient. I am also a medical professional and find this type of behavior unacceptable."

"The people have been kind and helpful but the process with setting the appointment, completing the paperwork and the dozen phone calls was awful! I took the time 35-45 minutes to complete the paperwork online, only for it to not save. Stating there was a problem, then they emailed physical paperwork which I had to go somewhere and print 22 pages. Before completing the paperwork, I logged into my actual computer thinking it may have been my iPhone before. That didn’t work either after another 35-40 minute process. I then filled out the physical paperwork, took 22 pictures and emailed it to them. Within the timeframe they said and before my appointment ONLY for them to call me the morning of my appointment and ask me the SAME exact questions! I stopped answering the questions and told them to read the paperwork. I would’ve canceled the appointment but they would have charged me $150 for a no show fee so I attended the appointment and paid $20 and they couldn’t even help me! I won’t be going back there for any reason not even to see Deb! They cause so much unnecessary stress. Thanks, but no thanks. I was able to go online and get the exact prescription I needed within minutes unlike the 3 hours I wasted with this office!"

"Amanda Bell is absolutely amazing. She always makes me feel comfortable and when I am stressed she always has a way of calming me down. She listens to me and is on top of what I need. She makes my experience every time fantastic. She was made to do her job. She is all around a great person and employee"
