Even the company's phone number was unknown to them, and they had to resort to a Google search. a store manager couldn't handle the most simple request from a customer, which is to assist with making a simple phone call to customer service for a straightforward item return Our most basic expectation as customers, at that moment, was to complete a simple in-store return. However, we were left with no choice but to return home and handle the matter ourselves. The concept of customer service in this scenario appears to be lacking, with customers seemingly left to resolve issues independently without any sense of responsibility from the staff."

"Went in Saturday 7/22/23 around 5pm and asked for a shirt in a size that wasn’t on the floor, and a bigger girl with red hair went to ask another girl if they had it & she said “its in the back” which she replied to laughing “no its not” and came back to me smiling saying “we’re out” I was honestly too embarrassed to even say anything even though I heard the interaction. I don’t think this was too much to ask for, such horrible customer service. You should hire older more mature employees."
