"I had a previous car polished and waxed here. They did a great job so I assumed a full detail would result in the same quality, but I was unfortunately wrong. May be my expectations for a “full detail” are mistaken. The inner rims were never cleaned, door jams were still dirty, back floor mats were never cleaned, windows not cleaned properly and areas within the car were not wiped down. The service total was $200 for what seemed to be a basic wash and dusting of the interior. I honestly could have done a better job myself for $50. I was really bummed about the lack of quality for such a highly rated place."
