"Auto Center is terrible! Had my car in bay for 45 mins with service started just for them to round out my drain plug (which was replaced by previous mechanic when oil change was last done) to then be told we can’t do you’re oil change & it’s the previous shops fault! This is now the second vehicle they’ve rounded out my drain plug on LESSON LEARNED DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Tuffys or Don white Auto!"

"The Auto Center Staff do not know what they are doing. We bought new tires, had them shipped and scheduled install. 1st Cashier doesnt know how the road warrranty works to explain ehat is needed should we need to use it. Okay maybe she is new. 2nd apparently our window got stuck when they rolled it down ( not sure why they needed to roll it down in the first place) but then they just park it for us to find (Its December ..we found it). No acknowledgement! 3rd they had overinflated all 4 tires to 46-48 psi. Ridiculous!"

"I just received an oil change today, and I had to share my awesome experience! My oil change was only a 30 minute wait, despite being kindly told that there would be a little bit of a wait. The price was fair for a synthetic oil change, no disappointments there. But I had to give credit to the wonderful customer service that I received from Taylor T. Taylor was quick to greet me with such a bubbly personality. She was kind, funny, and knew exactly the type of oil change I needed. Taylor also engaged in short yet nice conversation. Customer service like I received from Taylor is very rare and hard to come across. Way to go Walmart, and amazing job Taylor! I will definitely be back :)"

"I have made my final decision to never visit another Walmart Auto center. The workers are lazy, inconsiderate and act as if you’re bothering them when you ask to have your car serviced. I have experienced this on several occasions. They just opened a Belle Tires across the street and I love it. Good riddance Walmart Auto Center. I won’t bother you again."
