"Went to HT at Woodfield after being disappointed with the treatment I received at another store in the mall. Staff was super nice. The girl that helped me check out was kind and provided great customer service. As I was checking out, I noticed a small stain on the purse I was purchasing and switched it out for another. She let me know I was less than $1 away receiving another HotCash coupon and could get a pin to round it up. As I searched through the pins, she let me know the purse I had switched out for also had a small stain. I switched it again for one that was in great condition. Thank you so much Leah!!!"
