"I really had a very bad experience at this store. I ordered a laptop and within 10 days i was having touchpad issue. I called customer service and they suggest me to go to nearest store. I went to the store and they just sent me here and there. The customer representative was so rude to me. And once i explain her the issue she just explain me the options available for refund and move away from her desk. Overall, my experience with this best buy store customer service was abysmal. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and willingness to assist customers reflects poorly on their end. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution as this store customer service is sorely lacking and fails to meet even the most basic standards of excellence."
