"Worst customer service from greeting. Waited several mins just to be greeted and when they finally showed up, host looked at me like I was bothering him. Wasn't busy when we showed up around 2pm on a Saturday. Then we waited for a good ten minutes and still no waitress to take our order before we left. And my wife notice 3 employees sittting at a booth by the back bathroom doing nothing. Don't waste your time and money on this place!"

"I used to go to this Friday's often. However, my last visit was horrible. The restaurant was empty and it was 15 minutes before we were seated. My wife informed me there was no tissue in the bathroom. There was napkins instead of tissue. The dining area had paper everywhere as if the floor hadn't been cleaned. This will be my family's last trip to Friday's. Hopefully they will get it together and provide better service in the future."

"I enjoyed coming here. Company put together a end of the year lunch here and we had a nice time. I ordered the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Alfredo, House Salad and a desert of Caramel Pecan Cream Cheese Pie with Ice Cream that had me on 50. The service was great and the environment was calm and colorful. Going to come back soon. Thanks TGI Fridays."

"If I could give this restaurant a -2, boy I woulddddd!! First of all look at thiss(picture) they told me they close the dining room cool. Understandable but for a “to-go” order ! And to have my Margarita in a cup, 2cups to be exact, be this amount is outrageous ! Highly feel disgusted and disrespected ! 16 for what? The service was bulllsnizit, and the room smelled like a giraffe’s pit!"

"Food and service was good. We only ordered appetizers and they were pretty big portions and decently priced. The restaurant looks like it's due for a remodel, there were faded QR code stickers on the tables that were peeling and made the table feel and look dirty ."
