"This establishment is better than amazing! From the great customer service rendered to the super dope backdrop with the Pretty Please signs and decor. To top it off the food is delicious! I highly recommend the loaded waffle fries with Italian beef meat and sour cream. The whipped lemonade is a sweet treat and you must try the pineapple lemonade too. My daughter loved the pina colada lemonade and the Mac and cheese waffle cone. We will definitely be back very soon."

"I usually don’t do reviews but, I actually really enjoyed this. I saw them on instagram and wanted to give it a try, I got the buffalo chicken melt and loved it, the fries were good too they’re seasoned. I like the restaurants concept with the waffle theme and it’s really cute and clean in there, they also had good customer service. I’ll be back."

"Vegans and lactose intolerant folks please be careful! Positives: Clean restaurant, cute decor, nice location right on lake street with convenient parking. Negatives: Two girl employees are decently nice, but whenever I asked questions they didn’t seem to want to answer or they just didn’t know. I order the Vegan loaded waffle fries and the Vegan Buffalo chicken sandwich, and when I asked what the patty was she just kept saying it was plant based. Which is whatever not a huge deal, I just was wondering what it was made of that made it plant based (mushroom, soy based, boca patties, morningstar patty, impossible??) but upon closer inspection im not exactly sure what it is even is hopefully vegan. She asked me what meat I wanted on the loaded fries and I explained oh I want it vegan, and she said oh the meat is vegan and I asked oh okay what kinds are there and she just looked at the tv screen and read off all the regular meats. I was confused.. and just asked for no meat because I didn’t want to get sick eating nonvegan products. Prices were pretty high for the quality of food, spent about $34 for those two things with semi decent portions. with it being vegan I can understand a higher price but the rest of their menu items seem similarly priced. Waffle fries kind of just taste like oil and have just a few pieces of onions, tomatoes, and wet spotty brown lettuce shreds for toppings with maybe a few shreds of HOPEFULLY vegan cheese.. (it didn’t look or smell vegan to me. I’m severely lactose intolerant and haven’t had dairy in 8+ years and had an immediate stomachache after consuming) no sauce or anything making it just kind of a mouth full of grease.. I wouldn’t call them “loaded fries”. The vegan chicken sandwich had freezer taste and my waffle was soggy and wet and fell apart before I could take a bite (it took me 5 minutes to eat it from getting it at the store). On top of that, my lettuce was clearly NOT fresh (see photos) and wet and gross. Service was about 15 minutes. I think it’s a unique experience to eat waffle based food but in my personal opinion I don’t think the prices are worth it for the quality, portion, and taste. I saw good reviews and social media posts so im a little bummed this didn’t live up to all the hype. Can’t recommend…"
