"Cute little place! We missed brunch but we were able to enjoy some of their baked goods and Specialty coffees. They had some really good choices and lots of gluten-free options! Atmosphere was wonderful"

"I went here a few days ago and the place was great! I had a nice donut and a delicious coffee. I came back today and discovered that the hours on the door are inaccurate and they close at 6, not 7. I get that I could check Google Maps before coming but it'd be nice if you updated your posted hours or had a note saying they were different."

"I love Courageous and have been a faithful customer since they opened. But today tried my patience. I arrived (in bitter cold and after an expensive Uber ride) at 315pm. The kitchen is supposed to be open until 4. I was told they closed early. When I asked why, they said, "It's up to the chef?" So, if the chef makes their own hours and they're different from what the store posts, how are customers supposed to know? Call every day to see if they're closing early? Really - no OK."

"I have not tried their food but what I have seen while I'm waiting on the food to be ready for me to deliver, looks good. The place is never tidy even when the store is not busy... A great time to wipe counters, stools, finger prints off glass and the coffee and tea station. Every time this restaurant shows up on my door Dash app... The app always asks me if I want to forfeit this delivery because I've been waiting so long. One time I was there and sat down by one of the patrons and he said he waited 15 minutes to even be greeted and then an additional 30 minutes for his food. I Sat with him for 20 minutes jibber jabbering and my food order was called in and I drove there AND struggled for parking... STILL WAITED 20 plus minutes to take the delivery Never timely, never clean, not much acknowledgement. Now, they're locking the side door.... The easiest entrance.... What???? Hopefully I can write a better review soon."
