"While they made the order and originally, I don't mind that. It happens. The staff was great and quick to fix, but my question is about the food Hardee's actually buys: why do all of your burgers taste like you microwave them from frozen? The entire chain needs to up their products."

"Today only for the first time I was told they can't melt the cheese on my Frisco breakfast sandwich.Sandwich is a million dollar one when it's melted which every Hardee's does even the one in House Springs which he said it was against policy to nuke it or put it on a grill just to heat the cheese. Even on a new sandwich to be made. So I got my money back but this experience for the first time is unbelievable."

"Ordered sweet and sour dip for chicken tenders and didn't get. Breaded chicken sandwich tasted rotten, had to throw away. Hamburger ok."

"We stopped to eat breakfast in dinning at this place this morning. 5 minutes standing at the counter no one even acknowledges we are there. While waiting someone had left coupons on the counter. I was looking at the coupons and saw two had slide up next to the side of the cash register. I reached to get them to see what they were. They were the same coupons left in from the the counter. I slide them back next to the cash register when a real obnoxious guy preparing the food in back loudly says to me, keep your hands out from behind the counter like I trying to steal something. How rude and disrespectful to embarrass a customer like that. Poor manners, and service I will never go there again."

"Came through the drive through. Just got 3 tenders and fries. I waited but usually I don't mind because I know my food would be fresh! Well it was too fresh. It was still clucking. So I took it back to just get a burger. Meat cheese and onion. I know this should be ok. NO. The burger pattie itself was dry and not fresh at all. I haven't been to Hardee's and years. Thank you so much for reminding me why not."
