"We were here for Valentine's Day Special. The restaurant was reservations only tonight. There was a hostess to greet us and take us to our decorated table. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, the hostess took pictures for the families, couples, etc. and they gave a rose to the ladies. The food was good, too"

"I waited a long time in the lobby area for my order. IT was Super Bowl night and customers had place orders on line for the 30 packs. There was only 4 workers and manager working that evening. They was not prepared for the big on line orders."

"Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience a year ago but decided to try again. Delay at the ordering speaker without cars in line. I made an error in my order by not asking for cheese on my sliders. However, the sliders were saturated in onions and fell apart. My kids, who usually eat 3 or 4, had one each. I tried a few only so as not to waste my money. These trips are usually quick fixes while running errands but I think I would drive to my usual spot in Cicero and 147th."

"As compared to the restaurants in Chicago and those in close proximity this place is far beyond in sanitation, delivery, and environment. Even in a midday rush they kept a consistent work flow, and importantly acknowledged my presence and someone would assist me very shortly."
