"I was looking forward to a Poke Bowl all day. I placed my order online, drove 20 minutes to the closest Poke Pros, picked up my order, and drove another 20 minutes home. As soon as I opened the bag I could tell something was wrong, the container was hot, which it shouldn’t be. The bowl was filled with rice almost to the top, with a few pieces of what I think was tuna, and a couple sprinkles of lettuce. (This was not my order I had ordered The Hula, with spicy tuna) The bowl was filled with soy sauce, inches deep, someone had to have stood there with the soy bottle pouring it in for a solid minute. I called Poke Bros, told the lady what happened, she was very confused. She claimed she was going to refund my order, but instead I was charged more money. The Poke Bros Lady, sounding discombobulated, asked if she could call me back in 10 minutes when she figured out things, never heard back from her, still haven’t been refunded for my initial charge, or the second charge. Do better Poke Bros"
"Exceptional experience here!! The employees provided the kindest, most thoughtful and attentive service. I am gluten free, and both of the workers went above and beyond to support my dietary needs. Thank you both- it truly means so much! Highly recommend, especially if you do have dietary restrictions."
"I've only ate here once but liked it. It's a fast-casual place where you place your order at the counter. There's a variety of pre-made bowls to choose from or you can build your own bowl. There are side dishes, kids bowls and desserts too. They have meat options, white and brown rice, vegetables and tofu as well as many toppings and sauces. I built my own bowl and chose brown rice as my base and added veggies and tofu. My SO went with the Duke bowl. We both enjoyed our bowls. The ingredients were fresh, delicious and the amount given was a lot. I remember it being around $35 or so for both bowls and a couple drinks. This is a good option for a quick, healthy lunch or dinner."
