"Food was great. Fresh out of the fryer. Our seating choices were also wide open. I was even considering eating outside. Service also ranked a 5 star as the food was delivered timely and with care. My only regret is not buying some pints of custard for dessert this afternoon. I highly recommend this restaurant."
"I ordered curbside and for some reason when I clicked I’m here, it said success and then went back to the previous page. So I called the location and the girl said it didn’t show on their end that I had selected I’m here, apologized, and immediately ran my order out to me. I call that wonderful service. I hope someone reads this and relays my appreciation of her apology- even though it wasn’t her fault, it was the system- and expedient response, and course of action. That makes for excellent customer service. Additionally, this place has delicious raspberry cheesecake frozen custard! If you haven’t had it, you should try it."
