"Went to West county location and waited outside doors with 2 other women . The store hours were 10:00 am at 10:15 still closed called the store phone and asked why the doors were still locked. The employee said the manager was not there yet and probably was not opening until 11:00. No signs posted. I am trying to shop in person but this is the kind of service that is killing retail.
