BBQ Garden

"As our first time experience at BBQ Garden, the first impression received was… “Don’t waste our money here at BBQ Garden.” Not verbatim, however we were instructed, “don’t order everything, just eat a little at time, otherwise we will charge you for the excess food.” Before we got back from our table, the waitress already dumped all the Beef Shavings to the grill, over cooking the beef because we couldn’t eat it as fast. The waitress came around and tried to dump the another plate of beef onto the grill… again… however as I instructed to her to please wait, we are trying to enjoy this experience, she turns off the grill completely because she want to grill plater to stay “clean”. Only my two cents, I would recommend patronage at other businesses who 1. Not threaten their guest, instead allow them to enjoy the experience 2. Not impede on how to cook their food, and prioritize experience over “dirty” grill platters. 3. Not provide customer service… instead treat everyone like guest; welcoming, hospital, and family oriented. Thank you to the gentleman who did wait on us in between, was a very thoughtful and sincere individual."

"An all you can eat Korean BBQ restaurant. Had the $39 course and that was the one with some extra items, like the short rib."

"The place looks big, but super plain and has bad smell. Wayyy too expensive for the quality of the food. The waiter was terrible! Barely spoke any English and couldn’t explain the alcohol drinks on the menu. When asked him to bring a plate he laughed in his little foreign expression and pointed to the buffet area where you can find some plates. The meat is barely meaty and mostly fatty, so very low quality! The sides are decent, probably the best part of the eating experience. The bill was a little over $100 for 2 which is insane for this type of restaurant! Never coming back and definitely don’t suggest dining here! Iron Age restaurant is about the same price, but their meat quality is amazing and it’s a beautiful place, so no way I would come here and eat this garbage!"

"Service - was great, had no issues getting seating. Everyone was polite, the only weird thing was they kept coming by to turn off the grill and turn it back on. Food - galbi was definitely the highlight here and would go back for galbi. Having side dishes available for pick your self is great since you get to get a filling on what you want. Atmosphere - entrance looks nice, interior looked fine but some of the seating is kind of old and tearing apart."

"The real thing is delicious. The price is very cost-effective. All parts of the beef are fresh. The side dishes are also very good. I like seafood soup very much. Automatic tip counting is very reasonable, but the tip service should not be charged. The waiter feels very impatient for two more times. I used to go here a lot. I may come back in the future, but not very often. I hope the service can be improved."
