"I haven't eaten breakfast so I said to myself let have a big breakfast with hot cakes and coffee. Wasn't that good. Looks like was made a head of time. Potato hash brown was hard like a stone and dark color. When I asked for new one she said the all like that because how they cooked. I left it with her. I'm not going to eat that. I would never go there. That was very bad experience for me."

"Wouldn’t even give a star. They should give the over night manager Wendy a raise because literally she runs that store alone with the dumbest crew. If they can’t give out proper change when the register calculates for you then why even hire them? That poor lady is always cleaning up after everyone in the dead of the night. Please hire better people who maybe have passed basic math in elementary school and doesn’t argue with customers about it furthering the point that they are indeed under qualified for a job at McDonald’s"

"Worst customer service today. I order on the mobile app at 10:20 for some breakfast. When I arrive the dude in the back charge me by giving me a receipt. Then when I pulled up to the other window, they told me no breakfast. This is ridiculous why didn’t you tell me before I pay. I told the lady I was already charged and she just said no breakfast and called the manager. The manager explain they would give me a refund cause he called corporate. They must think I’m stupid cause I used to work as a gm of McDonald’s for 2 years and that’s definitely not how a refund works. Frustrated by the lack of incompetence of the staff and me being late for work. I just left. Lost $13 and no breakfast, great way to start the day."

"We order sum food in drive-thru and one of our order was chocolate shake. The chocolate shake taste weird, sour, and expired. We tried to make a call first, (and we talked to them nicely) just to let them know about it, because if one of the ingredients they use is actually expired it would be dangerous for other people to take it in. But, instead, we end up not being heard about it!!! So yeah i hope no one getting serve of that thing rn or else someone could have a food poison!!"

"I came here to try the new cookies and crème pie. I was quite disappointed. It isn’t very sweet and tastes kinda burnt. The middle is just gooey and tasteless. Overall not much flavor. It did smell good though. McDonald’s app and drive through pickup worked seamlessly."
