"Everytime I order by phone from this location, I am greeted by a nice, pleasant voice. All of the staff are polite and a pleasure to speak with. Max is usually the staff member that answers and he's awesome. So are the delivery drivers, Jennifer and Chris. Other drivers have delivered to my location, however, I don't know their names. I apologize. Honestly, each and every employee is awesome. I've never received a poor quality sandwich. The bread and veggies are always fresh and tasty. I always order the number fifteen, which is the Totally Tuna sandwich and it's delicious. In my opinion, it's the best tuna sandwich around! Jimmy John's, thank you for not disappointing!"

"I had placed an online order for delivery and got some potato salad with my meal. Today is 12/26 but the potato salad was labeled for 12/24. I called the store and they were great and quick and remedying the issue. I just wanted to know if it was safe to eat but they offered to have someone deliver a new one to me , and even though I didn’t wanna make someone come out again, just for $3 potato salad, they insisted and said it was no problem. They also said I could toss it and they wouldn’t need proof of the date etc. Great customer service!"

"terrible atmosphere. sticky floors. dirty tables. i came in once at 8:15 when they close at 9. a teenage boy screamed at the top of his lungs, (i could hear him screaming from outside) all the other kids laughed. he was mad i was there 45 minutes before closing. which is just pathetic. the kids who work there should be first off FIRED. they should be embarrassed they treat customers like trash. if making sandwiches is too hard for you, i literally have no words. i have not been back since and will never be. this used to be where everyone went and now no one goes there cuz these teenage boys behavior is disgusting. i reported the incident when it happened. i was told i would be contacted and never was. but there’s lots of reviews regarding these trashy teenage boys and clearly the owner doesn’t care. i’ve never been screamed at like that. it’s unacceptable. they want us to contact their customer service on our own time when it’s the owners job to manage this location…(i contacted customer service and they don’t respond)"

"I recently visited a Jimmy John's and was extremely disappointed by the attitude of the staff. Instead of the usual friendly and efficient service I expect, I was met with a group of seemingly disinterested teenagers who appeared to prioritize being 'cool' over customer service. The rudeness and lack of respect were palpable. Perhaps an ethics class would be more beneficial to them than a paycheck."
