"I spent $25 on Panera lunch today just for it to taste absolutely horrible. First, my order was made wrong. I had to go back into the drive-through. Then, I’m eating my food and it taste like garbage. The soup the salad the macaroni. Why am i paying almost $30 for lunch for it to taste so horrible. They gave me a free pastry for my inconvenience but other than that, It was absolutely terrible."

"I’ve always been a big fan of Panera, and this location is no exception., once you successfully get to it! The corner location at Rand and Palatine Rd make entering the location while heading east or south a bit of a precarious trick! This restaurant location always seems to be very clean and well staffed. The food is always very fresh and presented well. The counter staff is very polite and welcoming. The location also has remote kiosks so you can order on your own without needing to go to the counter. This location also has a drive up, which is very handy. It’s snakes around the building in a bit of an odd way, so be sure to look for signs, but it is definitely there! In the summer, there is outside seating available. Even though it is at a busy intersection, the outside seating is set back away from the street a bit, and it’s also fenced off, so you don’t have to worry about your little ones running into the parking lot. There is reasonably ample seating inside the restaurant as well."
