"The restaurant consistently fails to deliver food to the table, opting instead to loudly yell out the table number, regardless of the restaurant’s occupancy. This practice occurs whether my table is at the far end of the restaurant or the closest to the counter, even during times when the establishment is nearly empty. Upon inquiring why the service does not align with the table number card’s indication of table service, the staff respond with dismissive looks and silence, choosing to ignore the question altogether. This approach, especially the yelling of table numbers instead of providing the promised table service, comes across as extremely rude."

"I would stop by every morning and grab breakfast before heading to work. There was no rush and I was asked to pull in a parking spot and I would wait. I just wanted to get my food and go. I just ignored it and this was a daily routine. What made me stop going was one day I’m halfway to Naperville and I grab the breakfast sandwich “Sausage McGriddle” and there was no sausage on the sandwich. This morning I stopped by because it’s closer to my house. I ordered a big breakfast plate. I got home and I started eating and I tasted onions. There were some burnt onions on my plate. I took it back and got my money. You can’t refund my time. Please owners do something about your morning staff. You have lost a customer who has spent a lot money at your location."

"The genius working here are simply incredible. I ordered a plain biscuit no sausage. These clowns only give me sausage, no biscuit, literally the only thing I asked not to include was the only thing included. Great job guys! Edit 12/17/23 They did it again! I provided pics this time. It even says no sausage on the receipt. Unbelievable."

"Lazy employees taking too long to make orders. You ask for large they will tell you we only have medium, ask for medium they only have large. Ordered a frappe and couldn't drink most of it because the ice wasn't blended well. Couldn' even drink it all with straw and had to wait for it to all melt."

"Just amazing service and everything! Also, every time I get my children a happy meal it’s always a different toy! After I eat the food and drink the juice from my happy meal it makes me more than very happy but I don’t know what you would call that. Overflowing with joy in my heart, happy be-early Saint Valentine’s Day ladies."
