"Byrd’s Hot Chicken is a welcome surprise to Schaumburg, 100% HALAL and amazingly delicious! We were greeted friendly by Oman the minute we stepped in. They kept their menu simple to perfect every item they offer. We tried the sandwich special #1 hot with fries and slaw. There’s a flavor for everyone as they have 5 different spice levels from Plain to “Supa Hot”! Everything was made fresh, neatly labeled and carefully packaged. Other unique sides I’m going to try next time is Byrd’s best fried green beans and their Mac n Cheese! They give generous side portions. The crinkle cut fries were hot and the cole slaw chilled and fresh. The sandwich on that fluffy brioche bun was 10/10 for sure. It’s fresh chicken not frozen and you can definitely taste the difference. The breading is light and crispy with the 24k special sauce adding a nice finishing touch. The place was very organized and very clean. They are definitely a game changer when it comes to chicken sandwiches. We really enjoyed our meal and will make this our go to place for the BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH AND TENDERS IN THE AREA! The chicken was super flavorful and the light breading was nice and crispy. This place doesn’t disappoint!"

"Plant based sandwich with hot rub - the patty was very crispy and remained crispy till the last bite. Amazing flavors with hot rub, pickle and Coleslaw. Highly recommend this for veggie lovers. Chicken sandwich - chicken tender was crispy and the fresh buns complemented it with softness. Coleslaw was fresh. Chicken Nuggets - could taste freeze burn in the nuggets but freshly fried and spiced like any other fast food place! Great service. We were promptly informed of the 2 sandwiches for $10 offer since we hadn’t paid attention to the poster. I wish they had bite size veggie nuggets to enjoy with the hot sauce!! Both chicken and plant based sandwiches were served in the same to-go box which was bummer since I don’t like cross contamination of meat and vegetarian food. Also, eating in styrofoam box while dining in was bit strange."

"Ordered the chickndonut supahot level of spice with fries. The sandwich was delicious honestly flavorful spice with the melty sweetness of the glazed donut matching sweet with heat the chicken was juicy as heck too. Good size service was good was getting busy but was good. 24 k sauce is really good with the fries and sandwich recommendation for sure will return for more with my wife!"
