"I was craving Charleys from a long time and went I finally found out there was a store by me I was so happy. I went there and didn’t expect what happened. The cashier Ashok didn’t understand my order and gave me such a hard time, and I saw him touch my food without gloves. He handed me my soda cup by touching the inside of it with his dirty fingers. I had the sandwich at home and had such a bad tummy ache. This is bizzare. He also over charged me. I think if you cannot speak the language and understand it please take some training becits really sad for others. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this service and also have a bad stomach pain after eating it. WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION."
"I ordered ahead using the Charley's mobile app. When I got there about 10 minutes later my order was bagged and ready to go! This was my first time at Charley's and I'm very impressed. I tried the Chicken Philly (regular size) and was so impressed when I opened the box at home. The toppings were piled on a generous amount of chicken. It was hard to know where to grab to start, even though the sandwich had been cut in half already. Great seasoning on the chicken and with the typical toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, pickle) it just popped. I also ordered the Original Fries (large size) and am very happy with them. Every one of them was golden-crisp and hot, like they'd been made fresh for my order. Nicely salted, a good side to my Chicken Philly. I am definitely coming back here, and next time I am going to try the boneless wings, because those sound fantastic as well!"
"Wings were tough and dry. Upon further inspection look this is what they had inside them. No idea why this is black. Also didn't give us blue cheese but of course charged us and mozzarella sticks dry. Can't believe all the great reviews."
