"Terrible service. My kids and I walked in and we were planning on getting 3 Mod Pizzas and drinks, but they didn't acknowledge us or take our orders. The place was empty, there were no other customers there, but one of the employees was working very slowly on an online order while the other one was doing minimal cleaning. Both of the employees went into the back kitchen behind the pizza oven to get stuff while my kids and I were standing there wondering when we'll be served. When the employees came back, one refilled a bunch of condiment cups and lids into a container at the counter and went back to slowly putting together the online order she was working on. The other girl came back and was not really doing anything other than wiping down surfaces. Neither acknowledged us and we were still standing there waiting for them to take our order. Finally I had it and my kids and I left, and on my way out I told them that it was ridiculous and they shouldve set the online orders aside and help the customers that were already physically in the store. My kids and I ended up going across the street to Jersey Mike's where I spent $50 there instead. The owner of this location needs to replace these 2 workers before this location goes under."

"MOD has found the perfect balance between speed and quality. I love the entire setup of this restaurant. All of the employees are young, yet still courteous and do their jobs well. I come here more frequently than I should. But the thin crust is done to perfection."
"MOD has excellent thin crust personal pizzas. It's $10 for an 11" pizza and you can customize the daylights out of it: 7 different meats, 5 sauces, more than a dozen veggies & other toppings, plus finishing touches (ranch, sriracha). I recommend the build-your-own w/spicy calabrian chili, pepperoni, jalapenos, roasted red peppers, black olives, and a drizzle of hot honey! Staff are super friendly, the atmosphere is bright & fun, and they even have beer. Definitely give MOD a try sometime!"
"I loved this place. The pizza was excellent. I love the topping options, especially that they are included in the price. It's a really good value. The employees that were working today were very friendly and helpful. Great place! Still a great place."
