"Very small chicken on the sandwich, avocado was not fresh."
"My experience with Panera was most enjoyable. Today, I was serviced by Shawn, and he is the definition of superior customer service. The initiative he displayed was something that is rarely exercised. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for my ill daughter. As I got to the window, I explain to Shawn that I visited the previous night and the soup was mostly broth. So, I asked if he could please make sure it's chunky this time. Without asking, Shawn gave me a family size soup on top of the bowl of soup and apologized for the inconvenience. He also said he hope my daughter feels better. The world needs more Shawns. Please recognize him as you are very lucky to have him representing your brand."
"Great food. No vegan options at all. The employees are nice, the restaurant is clean, but always empty. At most, there might be one other table when we've gone to visit."
"Normally I don’t leave a negative review but I ordered the Avocado, Egg White, Spinach & Cheese breakfast sandwich on a sprouted grain bagel flat. The avocado is black with rot and the egg whites are missing. Throwing away the sandwich rather than getting sick."
"Arrived at Panera at about 810 pm. 50 minutes before close. I was looking forward to a soup bread bowl and a cookie. There were no sweets at all! When we asked, the cashier told us that they were all put away and not available for purchase- despite the fact that there was a full rack right behind her. We were told that was for the next day. I received my cold soup with no side... that it is supposed to come with. My friend ordered a salad and iced coffee. We were not given bread, apple or chips (sides that are supposed to come with our order)- when we asked, we were told that they were out. We couldn't get a piece of bread.... at Panera, the bread company! To make things even worse, the staff was rude and could not be bothered to provide a cup for the iced coffee or a lid for the box we were taking to go. And then they had the nerve to ask for a tip.... when our incomplete meals should have been discounted."
