"Customer service could be better compared to other tropical smoothie cafes I’ve been to this one lacks in the customer service part. On a couple of occasions my smoothies were semi melted when ordering for pickup. Other locations I’ve been to they check and make sure to place on the fridge when I don’t make it in time."

"Don’t eat here. Their service is slow. Food is subpar. Check your items for hair, before it’s too late. I ordered a wrap, just to notice that I had a long strand of hair incorporated into the food. I surely didn’t order that. Complaints filed. Awaiting to be contacted. Not to mention, Orkin was there servicing for pest control, while they were open and preparing food. Should have been my sign to exit at that point."
