"I started shopping for a compact tractor in July. I found one through an unnamed manufacturer and the sales rep. was less than forthcoming concerning the timing and ability to actually get the tractor and the implements I needed. Well, I continued shopping and fatefully stumbled on to Henry's Service Center. The person I initially spoke with is "Diane". She seemed to know exactly which tractor suited my needs and with patience and a pool of knowledge quickly and efficiently ordered the tractor (Yanmar SA425) and implements which were delivered in a very timely manner and helped me arrange pick up and even advised as to the trailer size necessary. To say that the delivery was a positive experience is an understatement. Everything was ready when I arrived and Diane and the staff at Henry's were more than helpful. In the end I was unable to fit the tractor, rotary cutter, finish mower and the post hole digger on the trailer. For a nominal fee Diane arranged for delivery to a town 1-1/2 hrs. away the next day. The finish mower was delivered the next day and left in exactly the right place ( I wasn't home when it was delivered). I've only been able to put 4 hrs. on the tractor but, so far, it has performed very well (it is a beast). I can only hope any future needs will be met coming close to the satisfaction of the purchase and delivery and I'm quite sure they will. "so I have heard my late grandfather grumbling about this outfit before but I never have had a single bad experience with these folk. I am always steering people to this company when they need parts because parts are hard to come by usually. long story short, my late grandfather's zero turn was stolen by one of the people on his honor guard. I managed to save some cash and stopped by to see what they had. I left with a zero turn in my price range. it won't win a beauty contest but I can't complain. I mowed 2/3 of my property in less time than it took pushing a mower. all in all, great customer service. the owner actually cares which is nice in this day and age. my hat is off to ya'll. I have always had outstanding stuff to say from passing experience but this just floored me. I just wanted to take a few and share this."
"On May 01, 2020 I purchased a 61 inch Scag Patriot from Henry's. I had completed hours of research and learned Scag mowers were highly recommended. I purchased the mower and used it for my business. I love the ride, quality, looks and performance. However, at or around 22 hours I started to experiencing starting issues. It was determined after the first repair to be a loose ground wire, which caused the battery to fail. This was the first time I had a new machine fail. Obviously, it was a huge inconvenience, because I was out in the field. I called Henry's that same day and they tried to trouble shoot it over the phone. Tried all the recommendations and nothing worked. They even offered to send out a mechanic. The next day they sent a gentleman out to pick the mower up. I live approximately 38 to 39 miles away. They repaired the machine promptly and returned it within a few days. It was fine for a short time and failed again. This happened 5 times. Henry's never hesitated to make good on my purchase. They loaned me a mower on one occasion, set me up multiple times to have it repaired closer so it were less of an inconvenience. After the 5th failure they suggested I return it to their store. They offered to give me a brand new machine. However, I decided to upgrade and they in turn paid my remaining balance off for me without question. I am beyond pleased with Henry's and would recommend anyone to them. They stand behind their products. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes, we end up purchasing things that just never seem to work as designed. I believe the unit was a lemon. Henry's went far and above to help me out and treated me fair during the entire process. I will definitely purchase from them again. Thanks for taking care of me after the sale."
