"I went here for a replacement tire and was told thw wait qpuld be an hour. I arrived at 9 am . we were finally able to leave by 2:30. There were lots of issues . a mechanic had accidently taken anpther mechanics time card and left with it .. Clocking thw mechanic that was still at work out and he could not clock in to start orders. The employee who left wpuld not answer his phone so there was alot of issues getting help to work on vehicles. The second thing that happened was there was lost paper work . I saw lots of people come and go that came in after us and to find out our paperwork was among those lost was incredibly frustrating . we were also lied to saying that our car was being worked on when in fact it was still in the parking lot . This was may be an off day for these guys but after being told it would only take an hour and we ended up getting groceries there and they had sat in heat due to the lies I can not leave a better review ."
