"I'm going to start off by saying the tuxes ended up looked absolutely AMAZING on our wedding day, they were exactly what I was picturing. BUTTTT, it wasn't without hassle, alot of phone calls, trips back and forth to the store and STRESS. My husband and I went MONTH'S in advance to pick out the tuxes and colors for the guys in our wedding party. Then we made an appointment for the guys to go in after that to be fitted. The fitting experience was not great, it was very unorganized, the lady just kept saying she wasn't prepared for a group that big, even though when we made the appointment it was stated how many would he there (7). The Monday before the wedding out of the 9 tuxes that were ordered, only 3 of them were there ready to be picked up and the rest were expected to be delivered either the Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding. Out of the 3 that got picked up that Monday and tried on none of them fit. They all had to have something fixed or re ordered. I was getting nervous come Wednesday because only a couple more tuxes had come in and again none of them fit either, so my husband called the store Wednesday to ask what was going on, he was told that this was our fault because we chose a color that was in such high demand and there is nothing they can do about it. We picked these tuxes out months prior and was never once told this color was a hard color to get. My dad didn't get his tux until that Thursday night and the entire tux didn't fit. Thursday was the last day we could get things reordered and have them here in time for the wedding. My mom spent quite awhile on the phone arguing with them on how this could be fixed, he ended up going in Friday morning and being completely refitted, and his tux was delivered to the venue 2 hours before my 3 o'clock wedding, with the wrong color tie. We just had to roll with it at that point. And the last groomsmen tux wasn't delivered until friday, and thank goodness it fit, because if it didn't there was nothing we could have done to fix it on time for the wedding the next day. So out of the nine tux's that were ordered only one of them fit. Again in the end they did make things right, but they weren't exactly friendly about it, and it wasn't without alot of headache, stress and my mom and husband making phone calls and being pushy."
