"I contacted them on October 6, 2023, at 05:10 PM to place a 2Go order under the name Linda( which is linga they wrote it wrong), and the order number was 007-1602. The order consisted of a medium-spicy 2Goat Biryani, which my friend and I usually order once or twice a week. Unfortunately, we had to discard the meal today because the biryani was stale and unappetizing (the rice was of poor quality and had an unpleasant odor), and it seemed like we were served leftovers. Upon calling them, I initially spoke with a woman who then transferred the call to two more individuals before they mentioned they were transferring me to the manager. I explained the situation to the manager, who responded by saying he would discuss it with the owner and get back to me within 10 minutes. However, he never followed up on his promise. Frustrated, I decided to call them again after 30 minutes, and the same pattern repeated as they passed the phone to different people when I requested a refund. Their response was that they would address the issue during the next order. which is not gonna happen Bcz I am not gonna order from them one more time."
