Rosati's Pizza

"There has clearly been a change. The sauce is nowhere a good as it used to be. They're now confused by their own menu. Dishes that used to be on the menu are gone. They're not even listed on the Rosati website as an official location and the website is completely different. There isn't even a contact us available! In all very disappointing. This WAS our favorite place for pizza for 15 years. We will be looking for a new spot next time around."

"I bought an Italian Beef combination, juicey dipped hot peppers, with cheese, French fries, they screwed my order up forgot to ad peppers,, took my sandwich back to ad peppers, and forgot to dipp and ad Italian beef, when I went on lunch at work I opened my bag, and noticed it wasn’t what I ordered, wasn’t dipped and juicy and no Italian beef, she replied the women I’m assuming was a manager be cause I asked to speak with a manager, offered 5 credit, and wanted me to drive all the way from my job to exchange the sandwich that was supposed to be corrected the second time, I replied I can’t leave work for that, the lady at night that’s in charge was very rude, I replied this how your gonna start treating customers this year, never again, this establishment has dropped the ball on customer service, she needs to be fired, I can’t believe the new management is allowing this behavior and customers to spend there hard earn money to be unsatisfied, I will definitely let my friends and family no to don’t spend money here and spread the word, that there under new management and they don’t want our business,"

"Trust me I read the reviews and I thought maybe I would have better luck. I live close by and have wanted to make this my go to pizza place. But No. First the lady working there was super rude and that alone has put me off from ever ordering there. Pizza had no flavor( can you image that) If you are a person like me that likes to read reviews before going to a place these are pretty accurate. And yes I don’t know why they still have a location there. They should let a better pizza place take the spot. 2 stars because the pizza was hot but I live 1 Minute away walking. And the soda was cold."

"I am not a pizza person, but when in Chicago, or near it, why not...was recommended by our hotel desk person and so glad they did! This is absolutely delicious! This is a small and must weight 10lbs lol was cooked through, flavors were so rich and the breading, crust, was perfect! So full on one slice even as I'm wanting another one!"

"Ordered pizza last night, was told 30 minute wait. Fine, not bad for a Friday night. I went to Rosati's Indian Trail location on time, was charged and was told pizza was not yet ready. Multiple Grub hub drivers later and 45 minutes of my time- I asked for my money back- now they had my pizza. Now I found a hair in the pizza- cooked in. Yuk. The location looks like the pizza they make. Good luck with your Grub Hub sales."
